PRIMUM Public Relations is the exclusive Polish representative of the mc group network (former Media Consulta International) associating over 80 independent public relations agencies from around the world. PRIMUM PR coordinates and implements campaigns for network Clients in Poland, and conducts activities for its Clients in other countries covered by the network.
President of the Board, founder and main shareholder of PRIMUM Public Relations, with more than 17 years of experience in marketing communications. Graduate of ethnology and anthropology at the Warsaw University as well as Marketing and Management at the Leon Koźminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management. In 1992 decided to leave her academic and pedagogical career and face the challenges of the modern market economy. Co-author and former director of a well- known National Promotional Programme “Poland Now” (“Teraz Polska”) – the first nation-wide marketing initiative promoting best Polish products and services, implemented under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland. Responsible for overall agency management and supporting projects and campaigns from social and economic specializations as well as counseling agency’s clients on strategic and crisis management issues.
Active in public relations and public affairs for more than 20 years, he has joined the agency in 1996, bringing in his experience gained in global public relations agencies. Earlier, he created the international network of partners of Business Foundation Company, a Polish pioneer in professional business data provision.
He is standing behind multiple integrated communications campaigns. At the agency, he is responsible for strategic counseling for a host of corporate businesses and individuals in national and international arenas in PRIMUM specializations - Lifestyle, New Technologies and Social Campaigns.
A graduate of Education Faculty at the University of Warsaw, Business Psychology at the Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management as well as the French Institute of Management. Graduate of Psychotherapy School at the Education and Psychological Support Centre, recommended by the Polish Psychological Association. She's been working with PRIMUM Public Relations since 1997. Małgorzata is supporting Healthcare and Social Campaigns specializations of the agency. An experienced coach and PR/PA consultant, psychological support expert. The author of complex educational programs and awareness-raising campaigns both on national and European levels. She specializes in social communication.
More than 15 years in public relations and marketing communications, with experience of working both at pr agency as well as at large international corporations. In the years 1993-1997 responsible for PR department of AT&S and later Lucent Technologies in Poland. 1997 – 2001 PR & Market Communications Director for Lucent Technologies in Poland and Baltic Countries. In 2001 joined PRIMUM PR as Business Development Director/Client Service Director. Responsible for developing communication strategies for agency Clients and supervising public relations teams supporting Clients from “New Technologies” and “Social Campaigns” specializations.
